Hi, thankyou for the DU 20 and DU 26 points, as my head is often foggy and heavy.
What point or points could you share to help me clear the energy to my eyes?
My eyes cause me so much grief.
Some days NOT too bad, but most days they go blurry, Watery from heat and so tired and sore.
Honestly this totally ruins my daily life.
I know I have low Yin and a lot of inner heat and Liver stagnation.
Where can I apply to help my wife with lower leg swelling
Spleen 9, inside of the upper legs, can do both sides. Stomach 36 too. Google image these. Lymphatic drainage massage would also be really helpful. Warm cooked foods also, try to avoid, cold raw vegetables and drinks. Sending healing!
