Ingredients: Dan Shen (Red Sage Root), Fu Shen (Poria Spirit), Shi Chang Pu (Sweetflag Rhizome), Yuan Zhi (Polygala Root), Suan Zao Ren (Jujube Seed), Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Fruit), Mai Men Dong (Creeping Lily-Turf Root), Mu Li (Oyster Shell), Zhi Gan Cao (Licorice Root)
Directions: Mix a 1/2 teaspoon in glass of water and take 2-3x a day, or as needed.
